Shipping, Handling & Returns Policy

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the delivery location within India. Orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹2,500 qualify for Free Shipping. For orders below this amount, standard courier charges will apply as per your region.

We take utmost care in packaging your jewellery to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we request you to:

• Share clear photos and/or a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
• Ensure the packaging and product are both visible in the proof shared.
• Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted without proper photographic or video evidence of damage. This helps us maintain transparency and quality assurance for all our customers.
